If you follow my posts, then you know my parents died recently. My Mother died last September and the day of her memorial service was the day Tropical Storm Francis was coming through. Daddy wanted to get his turnip green seeds planted so they would get a good soaking and start with all the rain.
Daddy died unexpectedly in January. We've all been struggling with our grief as we loved them so much.
Last night my sister found this turnip green running up to seed. It had some up from those seeds he planted last Fall and it made her remember how he went out and sprinkled those seeds the afternoon after Mom's Memorial Service.
